Frame house, 199 m², wrap-around veranda

The largest house in the series: 199 m², a 48 m² kitchen-living room and a 32 m² veranda wrapping two sides. The roof extends over the veranda in full, so it stays usable in the rain. Besides three bedrooms there is a study — these days that gets used more than a fourth bedroom. The red facade with a stone plinth and timber railings nods to Scandinavian summer houses.
