Privacy policy

Malyshev Architects collects through this site only what a person enters in the enquiry form: a name, a phone number or an email, and the message itself. We also store the page the enquiry was sent from, so that we know which project it is about.

Why we need it

The only purpose is to answer the enquiry and discuss the work. The data is not sold, not passed to third parties and not used for mailings you did not ask for.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored on the studio's own server and in its internal project management system. Documents for a job — proposals, briefs and contracts — are kept in the studio's own Google Drive account. Only the studio's staff have access to them.

How long

For as long as it takes to work with the client and meet the obligations of the contract. You can ask us to delete your data — write to info@malyshevarch.com and we will.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The browser only remembers the colour theme you picked, and that stays on your device.
